If you received the result of "The Seeker", you may be thawing from being a product of an overly-masculinized, spiritually shallow culture. Good job! It's not easy, but your soul knows there is another way to live.
Beginning to explore your feminine energy, you may be curious about balancing your masculine and feminine traits. You might feel drawn to personal growth but are still unsure how to integrate softness and intuition into your life. It can feel scary to let go and surrender to the non-linear, non-logical nature of the feminine within you.
Having a healthy amount of fear is OK though - it's important to discern who/what you are surrendering to. We don't simply surrender to the whims of indulgence, to the world or to anything that doesn't have our best interests at heart.
Personality traits can include open-mindedness but hesitant, experimenting with self-expression, curious about emotional depth.
The Seeker builds character. Character doesn't happen in the land of theory and hypotheticals. Character is built by lived, embodied experience.
The Seeker is someone on the move - no longer in dormancy, you are awake to the fact that not everything is at it seems. You sense deeply there is more to life than the hustle and grind of modern culture, and even to post-modern feminism.
The Seeker doesn't necessarily know exactly what she is looking for, but she is looking, and that matters deeply.

Even though the phase of being a Seeker can feel scary, daunting, tiring, sometimes chaotic and shrouded in darkness at times, we can liken it to the Heroine's Journey, or the Dark Night of the Soul.
For each one of us to mature, evolve and flourish, we must go through an undoing.
This undoing involves undoing of false ingrained beliefs and habits that we've embodied on unconscious levels and inherited from our family and culture.
When we've been sufficiently undone, it can feel empty and even kind of awful... but take this emptying as a Good Sign - the Healthy Feminine can now take up more space within you.
When you are seeking, always aim towards what is Loving, Right and True.

The way this manifests specifically in your own life can differ from others - no one else can walk your path but you. However, you can aim toward what is Good and ensure you have trustable people around you to help guide you if you stray too far.
If you don't have trustable people to help lovingly keep you on track, this may be a good time to reevaluate who you allow in your inner circle.
Building trust in your intuition and reconnecting with your emotional core will be vital to this phase of your Feminine Energy journey. Here are a few ways you can start practicing trusting your intuition and trusting your emotions today:
1. Mindful Self-Reflection
Why it works: Intuition often speaks in subtle ways—through emotions, physical sensations, or spontaneous insights. Slowing down helps you notice these signals.
How to practice:
Set aside time daily to reflect on your thoughts and feelings. Journaling can help identify patterns or gut feelings.
Ask reflective questions: “What is my body trying to tell me?” or “What emotions am I feeling about this decision?”
2. Body Awareness Practices
Why it works: Emotions and intuition often manifest physically before they reach conscious awareness.
How to practice:
Try body scans (as in meditation) to tune into areas of tension or ease.
Engage in grounding activities like yoga, tai chi, or mindful walking to enhance the mind-body connection.
3. Act on Small Intuitive Nudges
Why it works: Trust in intuition builds through practice and positive reinforcement.
How to practice:
Start with low-stakes decisions, such as choosing a book, meal, or route based on your gut feeling.
Reflect on outcomes to learn how your intuition communicates with you.
4. Emotional Literacy Development
Why it works: Reconnecting with your emotional core helps you distinguish between fear-based reactions and authentic inner guidance.
How to practice:
Identify and name emotions as they arise. Use tools like an emotion wheel for clarity.
Practice self-compassion by accepting your emotions without judgment.
These practices, done consistently, can deepen your trust in your intuition and strengthen your emotional connection. By incorporating small, actionable steps like these into your life, you can cultivate a deeper connection with your emotions and intuition.
